Q: INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Do you ship worldwide and what are the charges?
A:
Yes we ship world wide daily via airmail only. All shipping charges will be automatically added to your shopping cart before payment has been made. Shipping is based on weight. Unforunately our shipping calculator does not include insurance. We will send an additional invoice for International orders to the value of $10 to cover insurance and registration. This then means your parcel can be tracked. If a buyer opts to have their parcel sent uninsured that are assuming all responsibilbity for the item once it leaves our hands. Unfortunately we cannot refund or send a replacement should an uninsured parcel go missing. We do however keep all postal records as proof of postage.

Do you ship within Australia?
A:
Yes we post via express mail within Australia. This has a tracking number so helps ensure safe delivery. All postage costs will be added to the invoice prior to checkout. We post within 3 days of receiving payment.
Q: PAYMENT OPTIONS
How do I make payment?
A:
Payment is made via Paypal, a secure site which accepts payment via most major credit and debit cards, as well as bank accounts. We will accept bank deposit for Australian buyers. All orders are held for 5 days to allow for funds to arrive in our account.
Q: DELIVERY TIMES
How long will delivery take?
A:
We post all orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. Domestic postage can take up to 5 working days, sometimes longer depending on location. International postage usually takes around 10 working days but there can be delays due to customs.
Q: CUSTOM AND DUTY CHARGES
Do I have to pay customs on my order?
A:
It is up to the purchaser to check all duties applicable in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot put a false value on your parcel as this is against the law so please do not ask.
Q: REFUND POLICY
Do you offer refund or exchange?
A:
Our fabric is vintage so is sold as is. Please bear in mind that differences in colour can occur due to monitor settings and photography. If you have any questions at all please ask. If you believe we have grossly misrespesented an item, please email us and we will work on a solution to your liking. Please bear in mind that all fabrics are genuine vintage and some of our fabrics are over 70 years old.
